Our homes consist of spacious kitchens with thoughtful floor plans and classic trim details. You won't find a "cookie cutter" approach in any of our redevelopment projects or custom homes. Instead, you'll find our constant attention to detail, the creative use of space, materials and product, and unexpected innovations upon a site that is consistent with its surroundings.TCH Inc is always utilizing green initiatives and ensuring we take an approach of being conscious of our surroundings and environment. We encourage our customers to use energy efficient products. All our sites have waste diversion management along with ensuring that all re useable materials are sent to Habitat for Humanity if they can not be returned.
